As you get older, it's essential to have someone in your corner to advise on how you want to leave your financial legacy.
This is particularly the case with blended families where there is complexity and uncertainty around how to protect and distribute your assets.
After 20 years practising law in the United States and in Melbourne's CBD, our team moved our office to Brighton. Since 2013, we've focused on helping the Bayside community make more informed decisions about their wills, estate planning and property law matters, originally under the City Pacific Lawyers banner.
Our team can help you with all aspects of wills and deceased estates, including wills, testamentary trusts, complicated estate planning through to probate, estate administration as well as comprehensive property law services. We're located in central Brighton - a location our clients love because we are easily accessible and there's plenty of parking available.
Our clients choose us for our reputation and excellent track record. They stay with us because of our integrity, our friendly and professional manner, our cost-effectiveness and the creative solutions we bring to the table to optimise their outcome.
